“LEGACY NC” MURAL FOR CARTERET COUNTY Installation complete, reveal ceremony scheduled Carteret County, NC, November 7, 2025 – Artist Max Dowdle is leading the State-wide project “Legacy NC: 100 Murals in 100 Counties” .
