ACCC accepting grassroots subgrant applications
Arts Council of Carteret County (ACCC) is now accepting applications for North Carolina Arts Council Grassroots Arts Program subgrants through May 31, 2026. In 1977, the North Carolina General Assembly established the Grassroots Arts Program to ensure that every citizen has access to high-quality arts experiences.
