Carteret County is home to a large population of artists and art lovers, so it is appropriate that our local municipalities have proclaimed February as Arts Month. The Arts Council of Carteret county is pleased to accept the proclamations from Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Cedar Point, Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle.
