The Arts Council of Carteret County is asking students : What does "We the People" mean to you. Show us with your art entered in a special contest open to all K-12 students in the areas of stories, poetry and 2D/3D art.

A window into the world of birds can exist and be seen in almost any environment giving artists a myriad of options for creativity.

A show available to the viewing public depicting works of art created by our own Arts Council of Carteret County members.
