CAG artists create new murals

Three artists from the Carolina Artist Gallery volunteered their time and talents to paint two murals on the walls of the Carteret Landing Assisted Living facility. The group of artists were Stephen Grant, Maria Morando and Barbi Bailey-Smith.

Stephen kept on painting down the hall and around the corner creating another iconic Down East scene.

Rave reviews from residents and senior management of the facility showered down on our artists. This was a massive effort taking the month of August and a bit into September to complete. Click on the photo below to see the progression of the mural from bare wall to finished creation.
