The month may be almost over, however, we have the official proclamations from our local governments that ART is important. February is the month we gather to celebrate art in CARTeret County through the Art From The Heart Art Show. The Arts Council of Carteret Council is encouraged that our local governments have shown incredible support for the arts. We have Proclamations from Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and Beaufort Mayors provided below demonstrating an appreciation for the arts.
