STEAM Art Camp
Your participation is important to us, however, enrollment is limited in our classes and workshops. Each class requires a minimum number of students enrolled to ensure adequate accommodations, materials and payment for the instructor. Once you have enrolled, we are counting on you to attend but we understand that situations may arise that are out of your control. A participant wishing to withdraw from a class or workshop that has not been cancelled by the ACCC must send a written request at least one week prior to the start of class. Please email Chris Stetson at chris.stetson@me.com. A full refund will be issued, minus a $10 processing fee per participant per class. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. For cancellations made within the week prior to the start of class or after class has begun a refund or credit cannot be given.
The ACCC follows the Carteret County School closings for weather or other emergency conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason including minimum enrollment not being met. In the event that ACCC cancels a class you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
