Sandy Stewart is an abstract artist with a passion for exploring emotion, color, and movement through her work. Originally from Garland, Texas, she graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations and a Business minor. Though she once considered a path in teaching, a bold shift in college led her toward creativity—and a surprising A in a once-feared art class.

After 14 fulfilling years in Dallas real estate, Sandy embraced retirement in 2018 and moved to North Carolina with her husband, Kevin. Married for over 30 years, Kevin has been her constant cheerleader and unwavering supporter in every endeavor—including her exciting evolution as an artist.

In her studio, Sandy finds joy working with resin and abstract expression, always eager to explore new mediums and creative challenges. Her work is inspired by a life well-loved, especially by her daughter Alli and their beloved grand-dog, Brodie, who live in Seattle. Whether through art or daily life, Sandy creates with heart, curiosity, and a vibrant sense of possibility.
