Pat Boni

Pat Boni was born in New York in February 1941. She earned an Associate Degree from Coastal Carolina Community College followed by a Bachelor Degree at UNCW, and a Masters in Art Education from CU Greenville. She is married with five children. Pat has moved in and out of North Carolina following the career of her husband, who was in the U.S. Marine Corps. Pat loves North Carolina and is proud to call it home. She currently works in fabric and considers herself a fabric artist. She has in the past worked with oils, pastels, watercolor and clay.

Pat sums up her artistic expression as: " My muse drifts in and around and takes me in many directions. I enjoy having a narrative in my work. | particularly like to make it interesting. I like it to say something. Doesn't have to be earth shaking. I hope to engage the viewer to dialog with the work."
