ACCC Class Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy 
Your participation is important to us; however, enrollment is limited in our classes. This class requires a minimum number of students enrolled to ensure adequate payment for the instructor. Once you have enrolled, we are counting on you to attend, but we understand that situations may arise that are out of your control. A participant wishing to withdraw up to one month prior to the class will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Please email Chris Stetson at chris.stetson@me.com with your request and allow two weeks for processing. For cancellations made within one month prior to the start of class, a refund will only be issued if there is a waiting list or if a replacement can be found.
 
The ACCC follows the Carteret County School closings for weather or other emergency conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason including minimum enrollment not being met. In the event that the ACCC cancels a class, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued. Please allow two weeks for processing.
