About the Author
Raymond Voelpel was born and raised in Western New York State, Buffalo area. He went on to teach art for nearly 30 years always with a focus on black and white photography. After retiring from teaching and moving to North Carolina, Raymond and his wife, Janet, opened Tidewater Gallery in Swansboro, NC and enjoyed that adventure for 18 years.
Since closing Tidewater Gallery, and re-retiring in 2016, Raymond
has devoted much of his time to his photographic interests.

"Eye of the Beholder" is the culmination of his photographic efforts thus far.
